We are thrilled to be hosting the Climate Reality Leadership Corp Flagship US Training in Nashville on May 1-2, 2026. 

The training will be hosted at:

Please enter through the main entrance on 9th Avenue between Church Street and Commerce Street. The Pinnacle is fully ADA compliant, with elevator access on every level. Gender-neutral restrooms are located throughout the venue.

Agenda

Join former US Vice President Al Gore and experts from across the country for two days of dynamic workshops, inspiring presentations, and networking to learn what climate change means for you – and how you can lead on solutions.  

At this training, you'll have the chance to: 

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the climate crisis, efforts to hold big oil accountable and ways to use clean energy to tackle both the climate crisis and affordability crisis nationwide. 
  • Learn about the progress we’ve made 20 years after “An Inconvenient Truth” and the challenges still to overcome. 
  • Strengthen your communication, and advocacy skills to drive change. 
  • Join a global community of leaders calling for change in cities and states, across the US.

Training Logistics

Training Check-In

Check-in for the training will be on Friday, May 1, from 8–9 AM in the main lobby. 

*Please bring photo identification. 

Meals 

We will provide a lunch on Friday May 1 and Saturday May 2, as well as light refreshments during the training. Catering for the event will be vegetarian with vegan options. If you have specific food allergies or preferences, we encourage you to bring your own food that meets your personal needs. We also strongly encourage everyone to bring their own water bottle and/or reusable tea mug labeled with your name to the event each day. 

“An Inconvenient Truth”: Then and Now 

Join us on Thursday, April 30 for an optional program and gathering to mark The Climate Reality Project’s 20th anniversary. Vice President Gore will reflect on “An Inconvenient Truth,” where the world stands today, and lessons from 20 years of inspiring climate leadership and action.  

This event will be from 5–7:30 PM, with check-in starting at 4:15PM, at:

The event will be in the Summit Ballroom on the fourth floor. You can access the ballroom by taking the main escalator from the Grand Hyatt lobby through the main entrance on Broadway. Parking information is available here
