We are thrilled to be hosting the Climate Reality Leadership Corps training in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on 15-17 August, 2025.

The training will be hosted at Centro de Convenções & Hotéis Windsor in Rio de Janeiro.

Please enter the venue using the Convention Center main entrance, just past the parking garage entrance next to the Windsor Oceanico Hotel.

Access by metro - Drop off at the Jardim Oceanico (terminal station) accessible with Line 4 of the Metroline. From Jardim Oceanico it takes roughly a 15-minute walk to reach the Windsor Hotels and Convention Center. 

Climate Reality will provide a free shuttle service between the Windsor Oceanico Convention Center and the Jardim Oceânico Metrô Station on Avenida Armando Lombardi, 421. 

Schedule: 

August 15 - 7:30-10:30 and 17:30-20:30 

August 16 - 8:00-10:30 and 16:30-20:30 

August 17 - 8:00-10:00 and 11:30-13:30 

There will be bilingual coordinators with Climate Reality signage at each drop-off/pick-up location.

TRAINING CHECK-IN

Check-in for the training will be on Friday, 15 August, from 8:00-9:00 in the Europa Ballroom, right inside the entrance of the Convention Center.

MEALS

Catering for the event will primarily be vegetarian. If you have specific food allergies or preferences, we encourage you to bring your own food that meets your personal needs. We also strongly encourage everyone to bring their own water bottle and/or reusable tea mug labeled with your name to the event each day.
