As a former administrator of the EPA and an architect of key climate laws and regulations, including the Clean Power Plan, few people are as experienced and knowledgeable about climate policy as Gina McCarthy. She will be a central player in the Biden Administration’s work to set America on a path to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.
