What started 20 years ago with a small training hosted by Vice President Al Gore on his family farm in Tennessee has grown into a global program that has trained tens of thousands of Climate Reality Leaders
across the world.
Now, for the first time, we’re offering two ways for leaders to show up and get trained.
Flagship US Training: Nashville

Join Climate Reality’s immersive two-day training — plus a special 20th anniversary homecoming celebration — in Nashville, TN. Expect world-class speakers and skill-building workshops and become a Climate Reality Leader with others from across the country.
