I Stand With the Youth Climate Strikes
Show your support for students striking for a better future

They may be young, but they’re teaching adults a valuable lesson: Global leaders need to take the climate crisis seriously – and they need to start now.

It all began last August, when a Swedish teenager named Greta Thunberg walked out of school on strike, protesting governments doing little to solve the crisis putting her future – her entire generation’s future – in danger.

Her brave stand inspired young people all around the world to follow suit and strike for a safe, sustainable future. The movement became known as “Fridays for Future” – and has mobilized tens of thousands of students on almost every continent.

On Friday, March 15, they’ll have their biggest day yet.

On March 15, thousands of students in over 1,600 locations in 105 countries - including 34 US states - will all walk out from school, striking to demand real action to solve the climate crisis while we still have time.

41 US states (and counting) and countries around the world will all walk out from school, striking to demand bold action to solve the climate crisis while we still have time.

Young or old, we can all support them in this historic event. If you’re as inspired as we are, join us and send a tweet right now to show the incredible young people taking their future in their hands that you’re with them every step of the way.
