SHARE

(She/Her/Hers) Amanda Rodriguez is the new international programs coordinator at The Climate Reality Project. She is a recent graduate of George Mason University where she received a dual degree in Geography and Communications. Amanda is passionate about social and environmental justice, both at home and abroad. A part of a Honduran-American family, she has always been aware of the ways the climate crisis is affecting those outside of the United States and committed to advocating for them through her work. Prior to joining Climate Reality, she worked at various organizations that were focused on social change, global media distribution, and environmental conservation. Some ways she likes to practice self-care when the climate crisis feels too overwhelming is by dancing, reading Architectural Digest, or spending too much time in a thrift store. Amanda is always down to exchange travel stories or funny Tweets over coffee, and is very excited to be joining the team at the Climate Reality Project!
