    Southwestern Oregon

The Southwestern Oregon Chapter includes members from Deschutes, Jackson, Coos, and Lane Counties. We provide support and visibility to The Climate Reality Project across our region. We are advocates for rural Oregonians and firsthand witnesses to the climate crisis in our communities as we experience droughts, wildfires, ocean acidification, and species loss. Our chapter includes members engaged in legislative advocacy, civic engagement mobilization, educational presentations, and direct action. We oppose the Jordan Cove fracked gas pipeline and seek a strong rural Oregon.
