(She/her/hers) Eman Nazir is an intern for the Engagement Support team. She is a senior at the University of California, Berkeley pursuing a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy and minoring in Public Policy. Originally from Lahore, Pakistan, she is passionate about environmental justice issues and uplifting marginalized communities through grassroots level activism. Prior to working for the Climate Reality Project, Eman was actively involved in environmental advocacy with organizations such as CALPIRG students. She has also worked for other advocacy groups focusing on women rights issues, and sexual assault and harassment. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry, going on long walks, and listening to music. She is super excited to be a part of the Climate Reality Project team!
