(She/Her/Hers) Jennifer Fei is the program associate for Global Shapers, supporting young people as they take local climate action that builds to global impact. Her previous work experience at grassroots organizations and American University’s community-based research scholars program helped solidify her passions for community-building and environmental justice. She received a bachelor’s degree from AU in international studies with focuses in environmental sustainability and East Asia. Traveling between the US and China to visit family, she has always loved being in nature and grew up keenly aware of the global consequences and inequities of the climate crisis. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys biking, hiking, camping, and testing out recipes from cooking and baking shows.
