Krystina White is a mom, a former California native and a Howard University alumna. She is a political strategist, equitable policy consultant and environmental justice activist. She holds a BA in legal communications with a minor in political science. She is a former Greater Washington Urban League board member, and a co-founder of Black Millennials 4 Flint - an environmental justice organization founded in response to the Flint Water Crisis. She is also a founding member of Our Black Party, a political organization established to advance a Black political agenda at all levels of government. Krystina previously served as the National Black Youth Vote Manager for NextGen America, where the organization ran successful campaigns to turn out the highest number of youth voters in the country, to date. Prior to that role, she served as the state director of Virginia for Tom Steyer’s 2020 presidential campaign. She formerly worked as a political research strategist at The House Majority PAC. Her work and opinions have been featured on CBC News, BET News, MTV News, The Grio, and C-SPAN. She spends her free time advocating for Black and brown communities nationwide by consulting with non-profits and political campaigns to amplify civil rights voices, and highlight awareness of environmental justice issues that lead to advocacy and policy. She enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking with her son and traveling to new countries to experience new cultures.
