(she/her/hers) Sharea Gordon is the people and HR generalist at The Climate Reality Project. Both people-centric and data driven, she is a professional with over six years of expertise in employee experience design, people operations, and HR coordination. Prior to joining The Climate Reality Project, she served as people operations and culture associate for Center for Global Development, where she designed and implemented events, resources, and initiatives maximizing employee engagement, wellness, and belonging for the US and Europe branches. Sharea holds an MA in journalism from Regent University and has recently obtained an MS in learning design and technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, writing poetry, and traveling. She’s also a proud nerd that loves cosplay, video games, and anything Marvel.
