Tell EPA: Don’t Let Big Polluters Off the Hook

The Environmental Protection Agency wants to repeal historic limits on pollution from power plants and give climate polluters a free pass.
These rules are pushing the US power sector away from dirty gas and coal-fired plants toward clean energy alternatives like wind, solar, and battery storage. Without them, power plants will be able to release as much climate pollution as they like with nothing to stop them. And we’ll all pay the cost.
Why is this such a big deal?
If it were a country, the US power sector would be the seventh-largest polluter in the world. Repealing these rules gives some of the biggest climate polluters in the country a free pass to keep polluting, with no regard for our climate and the air millions breathe.
Repealing power plant rules are just the beginning. If EPA gets away with this proposal, you can be sure other climate regulations are next.
Tell EPA: Do the right thing and protect the strong power plant rules that protect our climate and our health.
