Alice de Moraes Amorim Vogas

Alice de Moraes Amorim Vogas is the program director for the COP 30 Presidency. A lawyer with a degree from UERJ and a master's degree in economic policy of late development from LSE, she has over a decade of experience in sustainable development, working in government, civil society, and philanthropy. She was head of the Extraordinary Advisory Board for COP 30 at the Ministry of the Environment, director of the Climate and Society Institute (iCS), chair of the Foundations 20 platform board, and a Humboldt Chancellor Fellow in the German Parliament.
