Auliya serves as outreach and collaboration director at Youth for Energy Southeast Asia (Y4E-SEA), where she leads several partnership initiatives within the regional community network of 15 youth-led organizations across the region. She also spearheads partnership engagement for the Southeast Asia Youth Energy Forum (SAYEF). Beyond her youth advocacy work, she serves as junior officer at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE), where she engages with governments, academia, and civil society organizations across the energy sector to advance ASEAN's energy transition agenda. Her research advocacy focuses on the social dimensions of energy transition, encompassing energy employment and energy communities.
