Azbileg Togtokhbayar graduated from the National University of Mongolia as a sociologist in 2019. Azbileg is a sociologist with experience leading interdisciplinary research projects at the World Bank Smart Government II Project, IRIM, and the Social Enterprise Association. Their work focuses on social impact, digital transformation, and grassroots engagement, using a systems-thinking approach to connect environmental challenges with broader social justice issues such as education, digital access, and youth participation. Skilled in research design, stakeholder engagement, and policy analysis, Azbileg is committed to advancing environmental equity through participatory research, data-driven advocacy, and community collaboration.
