Benjamin is the founder and executive director of Uno Punto Cinco NGO, a youth-led climate think-and-do tank advancing climate action and a just energy transition in Latin America through evidence-based education, advocacy, communication and community-building. He is a mechanical engineer specializing in energy and holds a master’s in management for sustainable impact from Audencia Business School in France. Over the past seven years, he has worked with the International Energy Agency, GIZ, Chile’s Ministry of Energy, and CR2. He has been recognized as a Goalkeeper Ambassador by the Gates Foundation, a Youth4Climate Delegate (2021–2022), one of Chile’s 100 Young Leaders (2022), and a Young Leader by Fundación Piensa (2024).
