Dr. Rathana Peou Norbert-Munns is the senior agrifood system policy and climate foresight planning specialist and Asia-Pacific regional focal point at the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub. She supports a portfolio of approximately 14 countries across Asia and the Pacific supporting governments through their national convenors and UN country teams in advancing national food systems pathways and aligning food systems transformation with climate commitments, including NDCs and national adaptation plans, but also biodiversity and health commitments. With over 15 years of experience spanning agrifood policy, climate foresight, and multi-stakeholder facilitation, Dr. Rathana has held roles with Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Consultative Group on International Agriculture Research – Climate Change, Agriculture, and Food Security (CGIAR- CCAFS), universities and Oxford F4F.
