Jitsai Santaputra is a youth energy and climate advocate and co-founder of Youth for Energy Southeast Asia (Y4E-SEA) and Thailand Youth Climate Council (TYCC). She champions a just and equitable transition and the inclusion of women and youth in climate action by working closely with NGOs, governments, private sector, and civil society groups in Southeast Asia. Jitsai was appointed by Thailand's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment as the Lead Youth Delegate for Thailand to COP28 Dubai, and COP29 Baku. In recognition of her advocacy and leadership, she received the prestigious REvolutionaries Steve Sawyer Memorial Award from Global Wind Energy Council, Greenpeace, and REN21 for her role in driving climate action.
