Narangarav Enkhtaivan is an educator and program leader dedicated to participatory learning, civic engagement, and inclusive development. She leads national initiatives at the Zorig Foundation in Mongolia, focusing on civil society and women’s leadership, and co-founded Storyboard LLC to empower underrepresented youth in Mongolia and the US through storytelling and research. With a background in educational studies and policy from Swarthmore College, she blends academic insight and real-world application to her work. Her previous experience includes delivering climate-smart agricultural trainings in rural Mongolia with Alinea International, and designing curricula at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
