Thalison Correa serves as Branch Manager of The Climate Reality Project Brasil, following a trajectory that began in 2021 as a volunteer after becoming a Climate Reality Leader. He joined the branch team in 2022 and later served as branch programs coordinator, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization.

As an Indigenous person of the Tembé people from Brazil, Thalison is committed to expanding access to climate knowledge and advancing more inclusive and equitable responses to the climate crisis. His work integrates program leadership, educational strategy, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen climate leadership and deepen civil society participation in Brazil. He holds a degree in Forest Engineering, a master’s degree in Educational Sciences, and additional postgraduate training, including an MBA in Project Management and Agile Methodologies.
