Renata Moraes, a pedagogue with a master's degree in Educational Sciences from the Christian Business School, has spent 32 years in the field of Education, Human Development and Regeneration, with a strong commitment to the socio-environmental field and the fight against the climate crisis. For the past 22 years, she has been coordinating projects and non-profit organizations. Her work focuses on creating opportunities through educational and socio-environmental initiatives, contributing her knowledge and experience to support the development of more conscious and sustainable practices.  In August 2025, Renata will celebrate a decade of work as an associate consultant for the Brazil Climate Centre and regional manager for the international organization Climate Reality. She also plays strategic roles as an advisor to the Brazilian Foundation for Nature Conservation - one of Brazil's first environmental organizations, and to the Regenerative Design Brazil Organization, contributing to the formulation of organizational policies and strategies.  Her qualifications include recognition as a griô apprentice and griô educator, enriched by training in facilitation through programs such as Germinar and Dragon Dreaming. Renata has excelled in facilitating the Mural do Clima, an initiative of the French organization Climate Fresk, facilitating this tool for more than 2,500 people and training more than 185 facilitators since 2019. Her creativity and expertise are manifested in the development of Jornadas pelo Clima, an innovative educational methodology recognized as a social technology and a finalist for the Fundação Banco do Brasil award in 2021.
