Adrian Werner (he/him) has been with The Climate Reality Project Canada since 2021, in various roles from regional engagement coordinator to director of operations. As interim branch manager, he is excited to serve Climate Reality Leaders across the country.  Adrian values community and knowledge and he is passionate about climate justice, education, and building a compassionate climate movement.

For the past four years, Adrian has worked with collaborators across the Canadian prairies to push for greater collaboration within civil society and more ambitious climate commitments from all levels of government.

Before joining Climate Reality, Adrian worked as the food security senior manager at the Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre. There he combined his passions for social justice and sustainable food systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in geography, a master’s certificate in project management, and a master’s in leadership. He became a Climate Reality Leader in 2021.
