Chris Castro is a senior sustainability and clean energy leader, and currently serves as a founding director, executive vice president, and chief sustainability officer at Climate First Bank. He has nearly two decades of cross-sector experience spanning nonprofit founding, entrepreneurship, local and federal public service, and executive leadership in sustainable finance. Across his career, Chris has founded and served on more than a dozen nonprofit, academic, civic boards, and advisory groups related to solar energy, green building, community resilience, and sustainability education. His leadership also extends to shaping multi-stakeholder networks and partnerships that expand impact across sectors.
