Flavia Liberona
Executive Director, Fundación Terram
Since 2007, Flavia Liberona Céspedes, a biologist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, has been the executive director of Fundación Terram, a Chilean civil society organization dedicated to critical analysis and public policy proposals on environmental issues. In 2019, she served on the Presidential Advisory Council for COP 25 and subsequently joined the Advisory Committee on Climate Action. More recently, she joined the expert panel tasked with developing the national strategy for a just socio‑ecological transition. She has guided the work of teams of professionals with the aim of addressing diverse issues, grounded in the conviction that environmental issues are public issues.
