(she/her/hers) Faith Mainor is the advancement senior manager at The Climate Reality Project, where she works as a major gifts officer focused on building lasting relationships with philanthropists who share the organization's commitment to climate action. With more than a decade of fundraising experience, she has built a career on translating complex ideas into compelling stories that inspire philanthropic investment.

Prior to joining Climate Reality, she served as director of major gifts at Fresh Energy and as development director at the St. Louis Park Emergency Program. Faith holds a bachelor's in political science from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a master's in nonprofit management from Regis University. A proud Minnesotan, she and her family enjoy spending time outdoors, especially in the beautiful state parks and Boundary Waters.
