Francisco Parra is a Chilean journalist and executive director of Climate Tracker Latin America, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening climate journalism across the region. With a background in investigative reporting, he has covered environmental issues for major outlets including La Tercera, Dialogue Earth, and Climate Home News, and has reported from six UN COP climate conferences. Under his leadership, Climate Tracker has trained over 200 journalists from 25 countries, supported hundreds of original stories, and secured funding from international partners. He holds a journalism degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile de Chile and is currently completing a master's in climate change law and economics at FLACSO.
