Haley is a researcher, practitioner, and activist focused on accelerating just, community-led climate action through education, communication, and workforce development. At MIT Open Learning, she creates public-facing climate literacy courses and resources. She also works to preserve federal knowledge at climate.us and climateliteracy.earth. Until June 2025, she worked at the NOAA Climate Office and the US Global Change Research Program, where she led development of the 2024 Climate Literacy Guide and coordinated government-wide climate trainings. Previously, Haley worked on climate justice policy and served in AmeriCorps. She has been a member of Climate Changemakers since 2021 and co-founded the DC and NYC Hours of Action.
