Nazrin Camille Castro (Nazca) is the director for membership and partnerships coordination of the CVF-V20 Secretariat, a South-South global cooperation platform of 74 member countries highly vulnerable to a warming planet. She is the former manager of the Philippine branch of The Climate Reality Project. Nazca has gained political and technical expertise on climate policy development and advised key government officials to help shape and advance the country’s climate agenda, specifically in strengthening climate finance access, youth and stakeholder engagement, and climate advocacy-building, nationally and regionally.
