Reverend Jen Bailey is an ordained minister, public theologian, and nationally recognized leader at the intersection of faith, justice, and social transformation. Her work focuses on engaging the moral and spiritual dimensions of today’s most pressing challenges, including climate change and democratic renewal. Jen serves as executive director of the Dan and Margaret Maddox Fund, where she leads values-aligned philanthropy advancing environmental protection and improving the lives of young people throughout Middle Tennessee. She serves on the boards of the Fetzer Institute and the Jessie Ball duPont Fund and is the immediate past board chair of The Healing Trust. Jen’s work has been featured in The New York Times, Salon, and On Being.
