Seph is presently working as Engagement Lead at Climate Reality Philippines. A former city government employee, Seph is passionate about climate action, disaster resilience, and sustainable development in Ormoc City. He focused his work on mainstreaming these concepts into the city development plans and programs, as well as reporting climate and environment data in progress accountability reporting platforms for cities. Trained as a Climate Reality Leader in 2020, Seph uses his background in development communication to make climate change easier to understand and inspire climate action. He earned his bachelor’s degree in development communication at the Visayas State University in 2015.
