Suzie is an environmental advocate with a background in marketing and business development. She is co-founder and chair of Green Ossining, which hosts Westchester County’s largest Earth Day Festival and leads education and advocacy efforts. She helped pass New York’s $4.2B Environmental Bond Act (2022) and co-founded The Climate Reality Project’s Westchester chapter, launching a countywide green repository to accelerate local climate action. Suzie leads statewide policy meetings and the Stop Climate Polluter Handouts Act Coalition, representing 100-plus organizations working to reduce fossil fuel subsidies. She holds an MS in climate science and policy and serves as a Hudson Riverkeeper Ambassador and on the Westchester Climate Task Force.
