Aimee is a Climate Reality Leader, having joined the 2020 Climate Reality Leadership Corps Global training, which solidified her inner passion for environmental advocacy and community service. In 2021, she formally joined The Climate Reality Project Philippines ,where she actively led the engagement and capacity building of Climate Reality Leaders. She also led the plastics and mobility programs, which strengthened the organization’s work with stakeholders, community engagement, and mobilization. At present, Aimee leads the strategic vision and operational direction of the Philippines team as the branch manager. Prior to joining Climate Reality Philippines, Aimee was a human resources professional with over 10 years of corporate work experience in organizational development, training, and employee engagement.
