Ben Sackler is the digital community organizing manager at The Climate Reality Project. In this role, Ben runs Reality Hub, The Climate Reality Project’s online community, which includes tens of thousands of members from Climate Reality’s global network. Having worked at Climate Reality from 2020-2024, Ben took a hiatus from the work world to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail, a 2,200 mile footpath spanning through the Appalachian Mountains from Georgia to Maine. Back from the wilderness, Ben is more eager than ever to engage with and mobilize members of Reality Hub. When he’s not logged into Reality Hub, Ben is playing the bass in his band, snapping mediocre photos with his pretentious film camera, and laughing with his friends and family.
