Yvonne Nyokabi Gachugi is a climate specialist at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with over 12 years’ experience driving climate action in Kenya and Africa. She leads UNDP’s climate portfolio, serves as the national focal point for the Climate Promise, and bridges science, policy, and finance to deliver high-impact, multi-sectoral projects. She also sits on the advisory board of Acclimatise, advancing climate literacy and leadership across the continent.
