Keep new climate investments intact

In the months since the landmark climate and clean energy investments in the Inflation Reduction Act became law, clean energy companies have announced or moved forward with projects accounting for an estimated 142,000 new clean energy jobs. 

So why did new legislation seeking to gut these cost-saving investments and stifle growth pass the House?  

Take action now and tell your senators that you oppose the “Default on America Act,” which would eliminate historic investments that are already benefiting Americans across the country – and reverse decades of progress on clean air and clean water in favor of investments in dangerous fossil fuels.
