(She/Her/Hers) Charlotte is the graphic design intern at The Climate Reality Project. Born and raised in Silver Spring, MD, she studied International Development Studies at UCLA and has remained in Los Angeles since. While at UCLA, Charlotte began volunteering with the Surfrider Foundation where she discovered her passion for environmentalism. This passion only deepened once she began working for the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society. The pandemic then offered an opportunity to pursue a more creative role within the sustainability space. Charlotte went back to UCLA to study graphic design and looks forward to contributing to the fight for a more sustainable and equitable planet through design and visual communication. In her free time, Charlotte loves backpacking in the eastern Sierra Nevada, taking full advantage of LA’s epic food scene, and surfing knee-high Malibu waves.
