(he/him) Since his training in the summer of 2015, Gary White has given over 300 presentations to over 20,000 people in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. He is a founding member of the SF Bay Area chapter and served as its presentations chair for four years. Previously, Gary spent nearly 30 years as a human resources executive in Silicon Valley with Apple, Intuit, and Palm. In addition to HR, he oversaw corporate social responsibility (CSR) at his workplaces. He holds a BA from Stony Brook University, a MSW from UC Berkeley, and an executive education certificate in CSR from the Harvard Business School. Gary lives in Belmont, California with his wife Betty, and is an active member of the Rotary Club of San Mateo. He is a digital artist and swims and reads when he is not advocating for solutions to the climate crisis.
