No goods or services of any value were or will be transferred to you in connection with this donation. In certain circumstances, including but not limited to when funds are donated to a chapter that is no longer in active standing or when funds go unused within a reasonable amount of time, funds will be considered unrestricted and will be used by The Climate Reality Project to fulfill its overall mission to catalyze a global solution to the climate crisis.
