Max is the energy advisor for The Climate Reality Project's science and solutions team. He grew up in South Florida where he explored the Everglades and developed a love for the environment at a young age. Max witnessed humans' destruction of the local ecosystems as his hometown experienced massive population growth. Sprawling communities replaced the natural areas he explored as a child. Wildlife and nature became more elusive. Chasing a solution to these problems, Max decided to study environmental policy at The Ohio State University. During his free time, Max can be found hiking, mountain biking, or exploring DC with his golden retriever Wrigley.
